Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Answering ‘How to’ technical and application configuration questions via chat, email and phone.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform.
  • Managing customer expectations and experience in making them successful.
  • Coordinating with the Operations teams on deployment and patch management.
  • Partnering with Product and Engineering team for product issues and driving them to a resolution.
Requirements
  • 2 to 4 years of experience supporting Enterprise customers.
  • Strong knowledge in Linux, Unix and other Operating Systems.
  • Willing to work in a 24x5 environment including on-call support on weekends.
  • Understanding of Web servers, Application Servers and Databases.
  • Knowledge of Procurement domain will be an added advantage.
