We are looking to hire enthusiastic individuals for US IT Recruitment, who have at least
6 months of experience in identifying, screening and qualifying candidates for IT positions.
0-10 years of experience in Recruitment.
Good knowledge on sourcing from job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder and Linked In.
Should be able to Review and understand technical job requirements.
Should have experience with Calling, screening, scheduling interviews and follow up with
candidates till the time of joining.
Proficiency with Boolean Search techniques required.
Fair knowledge of technology.
Working experience with MS Word, Excel, PPT, data collection, analysis and ability to
present in a well-mannered format is a strong plus.
Knowledge of VMS & ATS would be an advantage.
Possess strong sense of Urgency, Flexibility and willingness to learn.
Very Good Communication Skills.
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) but Undergraduates can also apply.
Source candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings and user/technical groups.
Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
Establish strong relationships with consultants/contractors and work with vendors to fill up high volume positions.
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions).
Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and sales targets; handle multiple high priority requirements workload at any given time.
