Job Description Summary
In this role, you will partner closely with multiple stakeholders globally to build a contemporary customer digital experience on the GE Healthcare website. You will be leading a website that allows customers to see all his past orders and pay for open invoices. You will work with the Digital Transformation leaders to build product roadmap and deliver the features working very closely with the engineering team.

Your priority is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives with a broad set of stakeholders within GE : Finance Team, Orders Team, Technical leaders, User Experience Designers, Functional Owners and Developers. In this role, you will:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features in a multigeneration project plan.

  • Demonstrate good functional knowledge of order lifecycle and contribute to feature design.

  • Optimize the site for better experience by performing AB testing

  • Work with regional leaders to deploy a feature globally on each country website.

  • Possesses a understanding of the technology stack and impact on final product. Contributes to decisions related to product solutioning.

  • Produce detailed swim lane diagrams that clearly identifies the system interactions.

  • Own the short-term roadmap for MVPs and releases

  • Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.

  • Demonstrate expert level skill in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity.

  • Engage frequently (50%) of time with the technical teams meet the Definition of Ready criteria for planned release, provide feature clarification, validate and accept the feature.

  • Own and manage the backlog continuously prioritize to ensure there is clarity in feature backlog for minimum 2 release ahead

  • Collaborate with UX in design decisions, demonstrating deep understanding of technology stack and impact on final product

  • Partner with the Engineering Delivery Leader to ensure healthy development process.

  • Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between UX, product managers and engineering team.

  • Demonstrate excelling business acumen, know latest industry trends, and be looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape.

  • Mentor junior team members and other DTLPs who could be part of this program.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

  • A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in product management, business analysis, or

  • Enterprise architecture OR Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or

  • Enterprise architecture OR PhD with 1+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or enterprise architecture

Desired Technical Expertise

  • Familiarity with the features offered in Sitecore, Data as a Service, Adobe Analytics, SFDC (Sales Force dot com) platform.

  • Experience working in Agile engineering environment

  • Understanding of system integrations and knowledge to participate design reviews.
