1.0 Technical Lead: Experience: Min 8 years of work.
Installing, supporting, Monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure and responding to the requests and issues by implementing strategic solutions in time.
Overseeing and determining time-frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
Perform Server Installations and configuration
Experience in OS Platforms - Windows Server, ESXi, Windows Client, Linux
Experience in managing Roles Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Web, FTP, Group Policy, WSUS and SCCM.
Working knowledge of Virtualization – VMware vSphere, vCenter, HA, DRS, Hyper View and MS Hyper-V.
Working knowledge of Storage administration involving with SAN and NAS
Design and perform timely Backup using multiple solutions available in market.
Endpoint Security management
Patch management - Plan and implement software roll-outs and OS deployments/upgrades.
Excellent understanding of network, routers, switches.
Documentation - MS-Office, MS-Visio and graphic design applications
Hands-on knowledge on ticketing tools
Hands-on knowledge on monitoring tools
Asset Management system and change Management system
Knowledge of Remote Support tools
