The Role Responsibilities

  • Infra procurements

  • Interface integration process implementation

  • Reverse engineering requirements and develop process models as needed to support automation delivery

  • Ensuring the quality and timeliness of delivery

  • Ensuring constructive working relationships within team and with external groups

  • Handling application incidents


Role Responsibilities:

  • Strong fundamentals and hands-on skills in Linux/Unix/Windows Operating systems administration

  • Strong knowledge in installation/configuration/administration of Web Server, Application Server

  • Excellent working knowledge software provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments

  • Good knowledge in tools tools like Jenkins, Git, sonarqube, monitoring

  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues

  • Data communication, network knowledge & Information security knowledge is an added advantage

  • Manage backup and recovery & conduct asset management

  • Good experience working in physical/virtual (vmware) and VDI

  • Good experience in standard monitoring tools like AppDynamics, ITRS, Grafana

  • Understanding network topologies and common network protocols and services (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP)

  • Manage, coordinate, implement and remediate security compliance & vulnerabilities

  • Work with engineering/development teams, develop strategies and implement solutions for managing database back-ups, restoration and replication

  • Support and coordinate the implementation of database products MS SQL, (Oracle, PostGres, MongoDB) on a variety of platforms (VMware 6.x, Oracle DaaS, Amazon RDS)

  • Increase day-to-day operational efficiency and accuracy via the use of automated tools and scripts

  • Provide database diagnoses to remediate issues working with DBA&rsquos

Our Ideal Candidate
Education:

  • UG: Any Graduate in Any Specialization

  • PG: Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization


Must have:

  • Bachelor&rsquos degree and experience

  • 3+ years support experience

  • Should have excellent Software & Release support background

  • Basic knowledge of Infra , CICD and dealing with SQL databases

  • Excellent communication skills and should be able to explain the technical solutions to business stakeholders

  • Need to be able to document queries and presentation of results (graphs, trend, etc.)

  • Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position Preferred
