A. Position Purpose
Managing L2 and L3 issues for EUS and extending support for VIP support, Driving end-to-end new solutions from evaluation and deployment for the bank (Initiate Propose, Plan, Deploy and Support).

responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and retirement of the systems and personnel that are at the core of an organisation
Apply troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex, cross-functional issues, Operating system, Network, etc.
Troubleshoot User related issue and identify root cause.
Collaborate and communicates with internal departments and vendor partners.
Provide problem-solving leadership based on experience with the technology.
Create and implement domain level security policies such as authentication mechanisms, access controls, user restrictions, etc.
Review domain level rights and privileges and perform changes to the same as appropriate.

Manage and Interact with customer stakeholder teams to provide capacity planning and analysis to ensure system can meet customer performance requirements.
Perform Change Management & Release Management as per the defined processes and frameworks.
Manage day-to-day operations such as applying security patches/fixes, anti-virus updates as released by software manufacturers and vendors.
Collaborate in assessing current and expected Windows infrastructure needs, configuration, maintenance, optimization and documentation of the infrastructure.
Follow and apply configuration and security standards and policies within a defined Change Management process.
Must be equipped to handle the solution from requirements to production roll out including any kind of user migration.
Create and update technical documentation of operating procedures as needed.
Support IT goals and objectives including measures and projects.
Ensure that system improvements and changes are implemented correctly, and monitor all effects of the modifications.
Team management skills
. Work Exposure:
Serve as a technical expert for Tier 1/2 support groups.
Candidate must have 6-10 years of experience in Desktop operation support.
