Handling & supervise team of 15 -20 Customer care associates & ensuring their meet their daily & monthly objectives. 1) Handling & managing team of 15 -20 Outbound CCAs . 2) Meeting team`s KRA on daily & monthly basis . 3) Provide optimum support and guidance to all CCAs . 4) Taking escalation calls if any and fully resolving the same 5) Regular coaching & training . 6) Publishing daily & weekly MIS for different outbound processes. 7) Ensuring team achieving high on call quality & test scores on monthly basis . 8) Driving team to deliver ESQ and ensuring same gets published . 9) Appreciating team members for good performances on daily basis . 10) Daily huddles and weekly fun@work. 11) Call monitoring and feedbacks to CCAs. 12) Effective dialer management & SDAC Optilive leads management
