Job Description

  • Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry accepted best practices.
  • Plan, Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures.
  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
  • Work with test engineers and project leads and prioritize issues for resolution.
  • Constantly motivating the team and providing proper feedback about the team.
  • Manage allocation of test resources to multiple modules on need basis.
  • Initiate processes to improve performance levels of the team.
  • Defining and implementing critical knowledge transfer and communication processes with internal teams.
  • Evaluate, maintain and improve Testing roles and responsibilities within the product development life-cycle.
  • Introduce automated testing procedures and gradually transition the testing process to an automated testing system
Required Qualifications :
  • Minimum 9 years of hands on QA/QM experience writing test requirements, test plans, test strategies, test cases, and test reports.
  • Superior problem solving, technical passion and drive, strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills on identifying root causes in a technology platform.
  • Extensive experience in testing methodology and good knowledge in SDLC & STLC.
  • Proficiency in Manual Testing and Automation testing.
  • Good knowledge in testing tools like Selenium / Robot framework.
  • Should possess knowledge in product testing.
  • Team handling experience is mandatory.
  • Should have experience in using latest bug tracking tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead a decision-making process.
