Are you interested in innovating to deliver an excellent level of service to Amazon's Selling Partners At Amazon International Seller Services, our mission is to make Sellers successful on Amazon. The seller growth function devises programs to recruit new Sellers and improve existing Seller performance by driving them to adopt to relevant Amazon products and services. We provide necessary support to new Sellers starting from their launch on Amazon to removing blockers and setting them up for success by leveraging various programs and tools.
Leads Management team (Amazon International Seller Services) supports the International Sales teams in lead generation and lead qualification activities for the entire gamut of Amazon services. Leads management team works in collaboration with a Program Management/BIE team to deliver high quality leads to the Seller management/recruiting teams across the globe.

As senior leads specialist/ Team lead you will
. Decision Making and Complex Problem Solving a system thinker who proactively gathers the right data from appropriate sources to make the right decisions.
. A Big thinker who can look outside the box for solutions, but can probe and consider all the facts and details, while still staying aligned with the long-term plans and goals.
. Work closely with the Account Management teams for existing sellers to manage opportunities for multiple Existing Seller Management programs.
. Candidate should be able to handle the pressures of a dynamic environment and should be able to cope with the changes in SOPs and deliver timely results with high accuracy.
. Support ad-hoc requests by stakeholders to upload referrals on the platform.
. Interact with multiple internal stakeholders/business teams on a regular basis to drive execution.
. Creating, Tracking and reporting performance using appropriate metrics.
. Recommend and make improvements to team processes, metrics, internal tools, SOPs, and other workflows
. Audit, monitor, and review business performance for your accounts/programs, updating your plans to make sure actions remain optimal to deliver shared goals
. Work relentlessly to improve existing processes and drive automation of tools.
. Work autonomously and deal with ambiguity.
. Be the point of contact for swift resolution of escalated Account Management team requests.
. Maintain service levels defined per project and ensures consistent quality of delivery.
. Seeks feedback on qualification and assignments with a focus on improving quality.
. Work to research, identify, evaluate, rationalize and propose business opportunities for Existing Seller Management.
. Assists the Manager in gathering data and preparing reports for analysis.
. Conduct Deep Dives to identify and rectify loopholes in the assignments processes.
. Be responsible of the teams work and performance metrics.
. Assign leads (eligible sellers) using CRM platforms like Salesforce.
. Be the point of contact for swift resolution of escalated Account Management team requests.
Have the ability to document processes and develop resources to capture knowledge on internal knowledge base.
Basic Qualifications :
. 1+ years experience in program or project management
. Experience interpreting data to make business recommendations
. Bachelor's degree (any stream) with a 3+ years of relevant work experience
. Be technically proficient to understand and use software applications such as Sales force, any CRM applications and etc.
. Ability to work with IT systems, understanding of SQL. Knowledge on MS Excel to prepare, track and report the WBR/MBR metrics. Perform data analysis on need basis.
. Excellent communication skills in written and oral with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and matured manner. . Creativity and Analytical problem-solving skills, passionate about operational excellence.
. Ability to multi-tasking and handle multiple operational requests/processes at the same time.
. Ability to do deep dives and provide a solution on the problems (or) issues reported.
. Team management experience of up to 3-5 members
Preferred Qualifications :
. Interest (or) working exposure in e-Commerce/Online business industries
. Experience of working on projects with global stakeholders
. Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction
