Talent Acquisition Associate
  • Identify and engage high-quality prospects and candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, job boards, social networking, database mining, referrals, cold calling, and other advanced recruiting techniques
  • Work with hiring managers to align business forecast with talent acquisition needs
  • Develop knowledge of current market place and trends
  • Manage applicant tracking system, maintain accurate candidate documentation to ensure legal compliance with employment practices, policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Build a strong network of top talent, gain market intelligence and assess candidates to gauge alignment for a specific role or functional area
  • Provide guidance on search strategies to locate and attract niche skills
  • Manage candidates through the full life-cycle from initial engagement through on-boarding Experience
  • 3+ Years of Recruiting experience in a professional services, consulting, or staffing firm where you were epxected to meet and exceed hiring goals in a fast paced work environment
  • 3+ years of experience sourcing candidates from the internet utilizing various methods: social media, complex Boolean search strings, newsgroups, associations, niche job boards, major job boards, blogs and other business networks.
  • 1+ years of experience acting as a Lead Recruiter that required you to interact with hiring managers and key stakeholders on a daily basis.
