1.Ensures timely auxiliary application support to end-users along with identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems.
2.Fully documents each support request by creating a ticket with problem identification and technical steps to resolution. Documentation of ticket should be handled properly per IT protocol.
3.Ensures timely assistance to users in the application of technical concepts, practices and procedures.
Required Candidate profile
Properly informs each customer of the problem status, its resolution and the resolution time frames for each ticket.
5.Escalates problems to appropriate levels within IT for solution when needed.
6.Responsible for investigation and debugging of corein-house builtapplications.
7.Ensure proper business requirements are documented for any support ticket that results in an enhancement.
