  • 8 years of relevant, client-facing experience in sales, consulting, digital advertising, e-commerce, or publishing.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and and/or managing a product's launch from beginning to end.
  • Ability to analyze business metrics and infer their impact on business growth.
  • Ability to grasp complex technical products (e.g., AdSense and Google Ad Manager).
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and and data-driven thought process.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will work on Google's publisher products including Ad Manager, AdSense, AdMob, and Ad Exchange to help partners maximize business growth. You will build, grow, and maintain relationships with major web publishers, mobile developers, broadcasters, and advertising networks across India. You will serve partners as an expert consultant, use data and analytics in driving decisions, and position yourself and Google as thought leaders in this space.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies that best match our solutions with a keen focus on market conditions, competitive dynamics, partner needs, and our product capabilities.
Google's Global Partnerships team powers extraordinary user experiences through partnerships that solve users needs, advance our partners goals, and further Google's mission. Our team provides meaningful solutions - from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic web publishers, mobile developers, and broadcasters in India with a focus to maximize business growth.
  • Build trusted and strategic relationships with partners and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges. Understand the client's challenges/opportunities of growth.
  • Cross-promote new products or features that will have a positive impact on partner relationships. Assist with partners business goals by proposing optimal and creative solutions.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders including leadership and a broad spectrum of other functions (e.g., Product, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing to drive success for partners).
  • Provide thought leadership, define strategy, and drive execution of key agreements.
