Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Material Management - Spare part management to ensure availability of spares parts at all times for Production & Service.
2. Management of optimum inventory as per the given targeted Inventory.
3. Ensuring availability of minimum stock of critical components.
4. Maintain delivery documents – Packing List, Dispatch Note, DC, etc.
5. Track & Follow up with courier / Logistics vendor for shipment.
6. Track and follow up with supplier for timely delivery of material.
7. Maintain documents related to incoming inspection and dispatch.
7. Maintain purchase files on all orders.
9. Maintain purchase records on all items bought.
10. All Stores & Logistics transactions in SAP – Dispatch Notes, Service Invoice, Stock Transfer, Branch Transfer, etc.
11. Responsible for proper storing and labelling of machines and spares in the store room.
12. Providing monthly MIS to Manager – Pending Orders, Physical Stock Report & other reports as per need.

Qualifications: Graduate, MBA with specialization in Materials Management is desirable. SAP knowledge required.
Experience: Minimum Experience of 2-4 years of which at least 1-2 years of relevant experience is desirable.
