Roles & Responsibilities

This is a key role to lead the business for Maharashtra region for the company. The person will own the budget and drive and manage all sales for the region.
This role which would require extensive travel and is based out of Pune (non-negotiable).
To fit the bill: You must have 10+ years of experience in Agri input industry with B.Sc. (Agriculture) MBA/PGDM (Agri-Business preferred) from a school.
Key responsibilities :
To build and manage the sales and promotional annual budget and meeting the financial goals to meet the regional sales volumes.
To actively participate in developing territory wise market analysis and propose action plans.
Ensuring that the sales promotion plan of action is implemented effectively
Build effective relationship with all channel partners.
Responsible to review the profitability of a particular region and take necessary course of action in case of any discrepancies.
