Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities
1 Entail Crafting of Sales Plan thant is setting of Quarterly Sales Turnover Targest & justifying those plans to Board of Director or Managing Director to get in approved by 5th of every quarter
2 Entail Crafting of Budgets for Expenses related to Sales & Marketing like - Promotions, Trade Fairs - Participation & Attendence, Travelling, Allowances etc. & justifying those plans to Board
of Director or Managing Director to get it approved by 5 th of every quarter
3 Creating Market Report -by 5th of Every Quarter (Country reports/ Competitors profile/ Customer Profiles/ Product reports/ demand forecast e.t.c) by adding minimum 15 New Customers every quarter
4 Timely Negotiation/ Finalization of agreement with Channel partners & adding 5 New Channel partners every quarter in different partners of India
5 Adding one new potentional product through market research in our portfolio by giving in for verification to R & D Team
6 Create market /increase business through Long-Term-Contracts LTSA/ Rate contracts e.t.c, min. 1 per Quarter
7 Long term strategic tie-ups for JVs/Consortium/Representations/sub-contracts, Min. 1 per Annum.
8 Adding one new potentional product through market research in our portfolio by giving in for verification to R & D Team.
9 Stay up to date with new products launches in the market & ensure that the sales Team members are on Board by attending & participating Trade Fairs, Expositions etc. from time to time. Min. 4 major Industry fairs to be attended in an year
10 Recurit in coordination with HR a perfect Sales & Marketing Team to achieve the most efficient & set target
11 Proper Management & promotion of Company to be done by multimedia & deigital platform for the company, that is timely updation & management of SEO, Websites, likendin etc.
12 Increase in Success Rate (Success Rate=Orders Won/ Bids Submitted)
13 Timely Perfomance Review of the team & taking corrective measure of improving the same
14 Ensure the ERP is implemented and is used efficiently by team
15 Motivating & Imparting Product training to the team for better perfromance
16 Evaluation top reason resulting the low sales conversation and taking the nessary actions on the same
17 Mimimum 80% achievement of Teams Total Revenue targets
18 Closing Min. of 20 Orders more than 50 Lakh woth per quarter with max. discount upto 30%, as discount above that stature shall be with piror aproval from management only. For Performance matrix only orders which are closed within 30% disocunt shall be considered
Desired Candidate Profile
Master of Business Amdminstration in Sales & Marketing / BSC Degree in Sales, Business Admin etc.
Knowledge of CRM Software & Microsoft Office, Ability to understand & Analyize Sales Performace Metrics
Proven Work Experience as National Sales Head / Experience in managing high performance sales team
Solid Customerservice Attidue with high negotiation Skills, Analytical skills with problem solving attitude
Strong Communication & Management Skills, Availability to travel as & when needed
Knowledge of Casting as well as Valve Industry
