Job summary
Amazon.com operates in a virtual, global e-Comm environment without boundaries, and operates a diverse set of businesses worldwide, including retail, third party marketplaces, e-Comm platforms, web services for developers. The SPS (Selling Partner Systems) function is responsible for building retail platforms, tools and automation required to manage selection, maintain competitive pricing, forecast demand, buy products and deal with vendors. CMT (Competitor Monitoring Team) is an integral part of SPS enabling Amazon's pricing strategy and operations. The team's primary role is to provide on-time and accurate competitive pricing inputs to help make great pricing decisions. We build and execute scalable & efficient processes to ensure Amazon's price competitiveness. The tasks handled by this group have a direct impact on customer buying decisions and Amazon's topline & profitability.

We need a program manager to lead a team and drive business programs in partnership with stakeholder teams. This role requires dealing with diverse stakeholders (Operations, Finance and Tech) and senior larders to drive strategic conversations. This role requires active participation and influencing competitive pricing roadmap.

  • Standardize and implement effective and efficient program management practices
  • Own key program related business goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience through competitive pricing
  • Hire and develop program managers
  • Facilitate strategic discussions and contribute in roadmap discussions

Basic Qualifications :
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • 5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects

  • Proficient in SQL query
  • Experience in leading large transformational projects
  • MBB/BB/Lean Six-sigma certifications

Preferred Qualifications :
  • Proficient in SQL query and job scheduling

  • MBB/BB/Lean Six-sigma certifications
