Position title: Sr Order Management Analyst
Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years
Location: Noida
Department: Finance Operations – Order Management
Shift Timings: General Shift Timings – 12.00PM to 9.00PM
Department overview
Order Management team, Noida is responsible for contract validations and booking, processing all type of Customer transactions including invoices & credits and their delivery to our Customers timely and accurately. Other activities include and are not limited to handling disputes and queries, reporting, reconciliations, participate in special projects, perform bespoke calculations and so on. Colleague may also be required to work with various internal teams like sales, customer service, product teams, contract management, accounts receivable etc for their day to day operational activities.
Position summary
This position needs an individual with good relevant experience and who can join the team in providing support to the Global Order Management & Delivery function. You should be an organized, hardworking, dynamic and confident individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to fit into the company culture.
What You'll Do
  • Knowledge of multiple product areas
  • Review and validates contract submissions by Sales
  • Work closely with Finance, Legal and Sales to ensure accuracy of contract submission
  • Sets up new customers and vendors in billing system, Enter contracts into billing system
  • Ensures invoices are generated correctly and timely
  • Support audit schedules and activities, can involve ad-hoc workings towards resolving audit queries
  • Provide requested details as requested by peer groups from time to time
  • Handle queries from internal customers and ensure timely revert with resolution
  • Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reporting as required
  • Maintain excellent stakeholder and cross team relationships through effective and timely communication
  • Support in ad-hoc work as required

What You Need to Get the Job Done
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good hands on experience on microsoft office. System knowledge including MS Office, SAP FI module and HFM
  • Ability to communicate courteously and proactively within all levels of the organization
  • Typically at least 3 year experience in relevant field (billing, renewals, contracts, legal, banking and insurance)
  • Good understanding of accounting principles - US GAAP knowledge is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to work effectively towards deadlines and self-prioritize
