Honeywell is seeking a Global Offering Manager for Honeywell Variable Frequency Drives, related integration to control systems, accessories, and support.
This position is responsible for supporting execution of the Break Through Initiative (BTI) of Modular Control Systems and OEM. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding applications, pricing, competitive analysis, product lifecycle management, marketing communications strategy and product portfolio development. The successful candidate will work closely with the business leaders, Sales, customer marketing, marketing communications, services, engineering, partners, and R&D teams to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the organization's product portfolio today and in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leading global product management and marketing for Honeywell Variable Frequency Drives VFD) portfolio
* Working closely with sales, LOB and other key functions to deliver AOP (financial targets) and STRAP (strategic plan) for assigned product lines
* Own key NPI (new products) and commercial launch excellence for VFD portfolio
* Work with partner Channels (System Integrators, Distributors) and OEMs to maximize VFD placement
* Define key NPI / portfolio expansion programs to expand our served market
* Driving geographic expansion strategy by clearly addressing local market needs
* Creating superior customer value and competitive differentiation
* Partner closely with mar-com teams to drive clear value messaging
* Applying marketing processes - NPI, Pricing, STRAP, AOP, Investment Prioritization, Launch excellence, User Experience
* Determine market, industry and competitive trends
* Analyze market trends to aid product development and other product line initiatives
* Perform VOC (Voice Of Customer) activities / assist with development of VOC plans
* Collaborate with the sales and customer marketing organization to improve share of demand and product line goals
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering and MBA (preferred)
* Minimum 5+ years of offering management experience or related business experience
* Proven marketing skills in areas of New Product Launch, Creating Service & Solution Offerings, Value Calculators, Competitive Benchmarking, Front end sales support
* Total 8-10 years of cross functional experience marketing, engineering, development, sales
* Proven Offering (Product) Management Experience
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Proven track record of leading / influencing cross functional programs, preferably in multinational organization
* Good financial acumen, thirst for data, ability to work with financial systems
* Conflict & Program Management
