Amazon Prime Video's Customer Marketing team is responsible for driving top of the funnel sampling, converting consideration to customers and driving action. We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to design, implement and drive performance marketing on mobile. This is an opportunity for you to drive mobile marketing initiatives for Amazon Prime Video and help in scaling up mobile channel. You need to demonstrate deep understanding and knowledge of mobile advertising ecosystem and customer behaviour on mobile. You will have proven success in driving results in B2C customer acquisition. You will be comfortable working with complex challenges, and understand the value of rapid test and learn approaches.

Key job responsibilities
The role's responsibilities include:
. Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of mobile advertising initiatives to drive awareness and adoption for Prime Video.
. Leverage internal Amazon marketing channels as well as external marketing channels such as mobile advertising to drive app downloads and mobile web traffic.
. Establish and optimize a variety of mobile advertising partnerships to drive greater adoption of mobile web and app products and services.
. Demonstrate ability to work at managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems.
. Collaborate closely with mobile technical and business teams within Amazon as well as external vendors to manage simultaneous time-sensitive projects.
. Coordinate with other cross-Amazon Mobile marketing professionals to leverage relationships, establish best practices for marketing and advertising in the mobile space.
. Proactively share and learn best practices from other Amazon display and search teams in India and across the world.
. Manage internal, agency and other external relationships to run campaigns across a wide array of networks and mediums, reaching maximum current and potential Amazon customers.
. Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in mobile advertising test and evaluate their efficacy in improving scale or effectiveness of Prime Video's mobile marketing efforts and disseminate knowledge on the ones working for Prime Video across Amazon marketing teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholders
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Deep knowledge of the display advertising eco-system including hands-on experience with mobile ad networks, media buying agencies, GDN, programmatic buying, social media, re-targeting, etc.

Demonstrated ability to create innovative new marketing programs and/or partnerships that generate results.

Proven track record in B2C traffic generation, managing mobile advertising. 8+ years of direct traffic marketing work experience.

Must be highly analytical, with a sound grasp of performance optimization strategies. Must be very commercially aware, having owned marketing budgets and revenue goals of significant scale.

Strong understanding of metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable programs. Be able to bridge data analysis, research, competitive intelligence to build efficient and scalable customer acquisition programs.

Strong drive for execution and delivering results. An ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environment is crucial.

Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done and thinking big at the same time.

Tenacity and sense of urgency the ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams. Strong customer focus and obsession.
