We are currently seeking an exceptional, experienced Program Leader for some of the fastest growing Global Programs that operate across all GLs within Amazon.
a) Coupons: Amazon India's largest and fastest promotion tool on Inputs, Coupons is used by over millions of products to deliver sharp customer and supplier benefits.
b) Combos: Helping customers discover and shop for relevant ASINs by bundling them virtually and delivering them a phenemenal discover and delivery experience.
c) Family: Delivering Phenomenal Experience for the Parents shopping in Amazon by helping them with valuable content and making them serendipitiously discover the right products to ease their parenting journey.
d) MoQ: Making several selections viable for Amazon by making them available for delivery through Minimum Order Quantity. MoQ is a tricky friction and the trick is to make sure that the friction is minimal and meaningful to both the customer and amazon.
The team is responsible for all program, product and process aspects of the above mentioned four customer engagement programs. The Leader needs to be a tenured resource capable of managing very fast growing and dynamic marketing programs with the help of a capable team. This is a people manager role responsible for managing a large cross-functional team responsible for the growth and success of these customer engagement / marketing programs.
Basic Qualifications :
- 10+ Years of Experience of managing business with exposure to category management and marketing.
- Ability to cut through the clutter and define clear growth strategy for all the programs with the categories and world-wide team.
- - Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast paced environment with a proven track record for delivering results on large, cross functional, international projects
- Ability to Negotiate and organise support from category leadership to drive program metrics and help categories identify the right levers where the program can contribute to.
- Ability to manage a large team (direct reports) and extended team (POCs across 36+ GLs, Seller Teams, Central Marketing and several other critical stakeholders) and ably aid in resolving debates and conflicts.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience of using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success
- Hands on and ready to roll up sleeves, to dive deep into the business, in a lean organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences and influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to imagine an ambitious future for the program and also understand how to break it into smaller milestones towards delivery.
Preferred Qualifications :
Entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently to take ownership.
Ability to think out of the box when solving complex business issues.
Previous experience around marketing, and on managing program/product with customer acquisition/engagement focus.
