The FinOps (Finance Operations Org) is seeking an innovative and experienced leadership development (LD) leader to implement our strategy and roadmap on developing Leaders in India and other geos.
This is an individual contributor role on a highly collaborative team and dynamic business. This individual must be self-driven and have the experience, capability, and confidence to interface effectively with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders. This position is located in Hyderabad, India.
Role and Responsibilities:
Lead key projects in Talent Management and Organisation Development for senior management in the Finance Ops business
Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership development (e.g., succession planning)
Influence decision makers across the business, HR and global talent and leadership development teams to solve for customer problems.
Own and Facilitate leadership programs (corporate plus custom programs) for businesses across cross geo sites.
Design and facilitate change management and organization development initiatives that create an impact and raise organizational effectiveness.
Recognize and adopt best practices in the area of Leadership Development. Coach and guide others in the area of development.
Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of talent management and org development activities in relation to business goals on an ongoing basis.
Create and implement the LD strategy and annual roadmap for Finance Operations stakeholders in India and other geos where Finance Operations operates at.
Influence leaders and stakeholders at the senior level; demonstrate effective consulting skills, with an ability to influence in all directions and at all levels.
Design and implement LD programs, OD designs, produce instructional materials and performance support materials (such as job aids); design evaluation methods to determine impact of program.
Assist in implementing the annual needs analysis for Director level stakeholders to determine the LD skills needed for stakeholders in the region.
Provide leadership development coaching to senior Customer Service leaders.
Collect, analyze, and report to stakeholders meaningful LD metrics.
Exhibit superior communication skills including interpersonal communication, written communications, and classroom and virtual facilitation skills.
Demonstrate strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and a willingness to be vocally self-critical.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualification
12+ years of work experience in the areas of senior leadership development, organization development, group facilitation addressing Director level audience, training and training design from end to end with measurable impact and outcome
Experience in influencing senior leaders/stakeholders including Directors of cross geo.
Strong instructional design skills, including evaluation methodologies; experience with global design.
Program management skills, including managing details, and keeping multiple tasks/projects on track.
Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
Degree in a relevant field such as business, education, instructional design, organizational development, or equivalent experience.
Experience in development of content and working independently with senior leaders in a Talent, L&D or OD role and well versed with leading leadership development practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualification
OD CERTIFICATION Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management.
Experience with using, administering and facilitating survey instruments and assessment tools (eg: FIRO-B, MBTI, Strengths Finder, PDI etc).
Ability to work as/with instructional designer for complex content development needed or on hands on various ID tools
Executive coaching experience with international assignment and experience working in a different country.
Certification from ATD (CPLP or similar) or another subject specializing in HR or Employee Development.
Experience with using, administering and facilitating survey instruments and assessment tools (eg: FIRO-B, MBTI, PDI etc)
Experience creating e-learning content using tools such as Storyline, Camtasia, Animation Software and the Adobe Creative Cloud.
