Performs monitoring of Incoming & Outgoing Sales Calls Provides feedback with Business team leaders and managers. Coordinates and facilitates call reviews & calibration sessions with business team leaders & managers Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to all stake holders. Uses quality monitoring data and track performance at team and individual level. Participates in business reviews to identify customer needs and expectations Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed. Prepares and analyses quality reports, Month on Month for management review. Perform other duties as assigned
