Job Description:
Position Summary :
Well versed with Networking fundamentals , who will be responsible for the System Engineering of Advanced Networking products with quality. The candidate should be a team player who should be able to handle system engineering involving Systems, Audio, Video and Networking domain.
Senior Engineer II: Domain : Systems Engineering
  • Ownership of Advanced Networking Systems engineering based on Ethernet Driver, IP Networking, Audio and Video Network streaming, and Switch and Network configuration and management.
  • Manual/ Automation Test development in Networking Domain
  • Responsible for maintaining finding system integration issues, triaging to right domains.
  • Expected to ramp up in understanding Audio Video Bridging protocols and performing systems test case development
  • Development and Enhancement Methodologies to debug networked Audio, Video & systems.
  • Tickets analysis, verification and tracking for systems and Networked streaming and Switching domain.
  • Be first point of charge in taking up bugs and validating them and assigning to concerned development team.
  • Lead the development of automated framework for Wireshark analysis. Support the existing frameworks.
  • Closely work with developers to understand the system and develop test cases and implement them and perform long duration tests.
  • Develop and maintain System Tools for network Testing.
  • Understand the system modules and develop test cases and perform smoke, regression, black box and whitebox testing.
  • Provide close coordination with development and test teams at India and Germany and US. Support customer teams in setting up of infrastructure and systems
  • Systems development background and strong developmental experience expected to provide new solutions for test applications.
  • Hands on in Scripting (Using Perl etc), device driver testing, Application development for Systems (Using C programming)
  • Strong Understanding of device drivers, Systems like Timers, Interrupts, DMA, PCIe, Ethernet Drivers etc required from testing point of view.

Basic Qualifications:
• B-Tech/BE/MS/M Tech with 6 years to 10 years of experience in Embedded Systems on skills sets mentioned in JD.
• Hands on Embedded Networking
• Programming languages – C
