The opportunity
The mission of the Adobe Campaign Managed Services Team is designed to ensure
customer success and to reduce Total Cost of Ownership through:
.Standard, proven, optimized and fully managed deployment architectures
.Prevention and resolution of performance issues through monitoring and alerting
.Proactive performance management and optimization through periodic service
.Transition Management to help advise and shepherd customers through major
infrastructure events
.Upgrade advisory services to ensure the client stays current and upgrades
.Faster issue resolution through optimized issue handling process and standardized
.Advisory services provided by client-knowledgeable aligned (not dedicated) technical
and functional experts

Adobe is seeking an experienced Leader to help build and grow our ACMS practice in APAC. This person will lead our APAC Deliverability services organization and establish our Transition Management practice in region.This Manager is responsible for managing and mentoring the team responsible for helping customers onboard to the Adobe Managed
Services program, and optimizing deliverability for our customers. The ultimate goal of the
team is to mitigate technical issues *before* they occur downstream.
What you'll do
.Practice Leadership of Deliverability Services in APAC
oManage utilization and resourcing, delivery excellence, escalation
management, and process improvements.
oCoordinate and manage one-on-one and team-wide reviews, meetings, and
training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best practice sharing
oBuild, manage and scale the deliverability consulting practice through
coaching and training, thought leadership and professional development.
oManage customer escalations, alongside other relevant teams as applicable
oResponsible for customer satisfaction with services delivery for the practice
oActively participate and build relationships with deliverability industry groups
and email coalitions to understand the general requirements for success with
ISP deliverability challenges and associated techniques for successful inbox
oCross-functional teaming to scale process and policies
oEstablish and grow relationships with our global deliverability leaders and
.Program leadership of Adobe's Managed Services program in APAC
oIdentify / Review / Validate infrastructure information (consistent with Sales
oSet up PSA projects for each customer
oSubmit tickets for MSIO & MSEO assignments
oCreate and update Runbooks & client onboarding decks
oOnboard APAC clients & engage with extended teams throught his process
oCoordinate Service Review/health checks
oCreate referenceable customers who are eager to share their successes with
the marketing community
What you need to succeed
.Passion about the customer experience and driving customer success
.Excitement about being part of a rapidly expanding team with evolving responsibilities
.Ability to articulate and convey program concepts to a mixed audience of senior
technical and business executives
.Proficiency in implementing and production processes
.You are a trusted leader and a coach who can deliver on business objectives
.You collaborate well cross functionally to tackle business initiatives, you have led
projects from conception to closure, and have experience leveraging internal resources
to get things done
.Ability to build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and stakeholders
.Flexibility with changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
.A drive to identify and recommend suggestions for improvement in the department's
processes and goals
.Comfort operating in a distributed global services organization
.5+ years of leadership experience in a role with online marketing applications, with
specific experience using email campaign deployment or sending software.
.You stay current on email marketing, deliverability, and omni-channel trends in the
industry and make recommendations for improving performance
