About the Role:
CrowdStrike India is looking for accounting professional. The position is designed for a strong team contributor who can help replicate/implement accounting processes in India. This is a new position and will take on interesting and challenging responsibilities as our organization continues to grow in both and complexity. This position will report to Assistant Manager - Accounts, and work closely with the Accounts team California, USA.

  • Working knowledge of Accounts payable & Help Desk

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times

  • Maitains systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.

  • Ad hoc projects, as deemed necessary

  • Experience in implementation of ticketing tool.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Required Skills:

  • B.Com, MBA

  • 3-5 Years of Experience in Accounts payable & Help Desk

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries

  • Basic understanding about P2P process and related accounting knowledge

  • Flexible work style and ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent communication skills is a must with a good command over written and spoken English

  • Understanding of ERP. NetSuite experience is preferred

  • Experience with a 'Shared Resource Centre' will be a big plus.

  • A self-starter and team player

  • Communicating with customer through various channels.

  • Answering customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department

  • Past experience of Service now ticketing tool would be an added advantage.

  • Flexible in supporting US hours

  • Hands on Experience in preparing standard query response templates.
