Job Description



RESPONSIBILITIES:
During transfer / migration period:

  • Present standard process to unit key stakeholders
  • Perform process mapping with unit key stakeholders and find out GAP between target processes and as-is
  • processes.
  • Track action plan by Site and ensure good improvement before project go-live.
  • Regular review with Site and AP accountant to ensure process issue are detected and solved quickly
  • Take over and be able to perform independently all accounting tasks in the scope of FSSC
  • Lead AP team to prepare SOP and validate it with Site controller

Running period:
  • Be the SPOC for the processing team for resolution of day to day queries
  • Review and analyze problem (blocked) invoices with supply chain, sourcing and other internal teams to provide
  • resolution to the invoice processor
  • Audit invoices for accuracy of booking in all aspects including taxes
  • Review down-payments to ensure timely set off with invoices
  • Review and analyze AP ageing items, debit balances and take action to close out
  • Review and approve payment proposals to prevent duplicate payments
  • Involve in AP transitions from time to time
  • Involve and contribute to AP process improvements and transformation initiatives
  • Keep process/procedure documents updated with approved changes
  • Comply with internal controls framework and report self-assessment

Requirements
  • Ensure successful migration of AP process to India IFEC
  • SPOC between India & spanish countries accountant and Site for any AP issues
  • Validate SOP with Site Controller

Running period:
  • SPOC in Bangalore with Spain Site for any AP issues
  • Spanish language specialist who will interface with spanish Sourcing / SCM / Finance to FSSC
  • Ensure smooth running of AP activities and audit invoices for accuracy of booking
  • Measure AP performance and take action for continuous improvement
