Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and translate buyer requirements into a standard solution offering deal approach, solution plan, proposal and cost estimate leveraging standard process methods, deliverables and the right collection of offerings
  • Response to customer RFIs,RFPs Analyzing and understanding customer requirements for technical proposal submissions
  • Involve in development of collateral, practice strategy presentations, roadmaps, case studies, new competencies, documentation, and track competition offerings
  • Strong contribution to account mining / cross-sell activities and follow them up by pitching relevant capabilities to help create new opportunities
  • Build and update various kinds commercial models for new opportunities, scope extension and renewals of existing contracts, scenario analysis, price walks and likewise
  • Build / contribute in effort estimates, transition estimates, productivity & assessment matrices, due diligence & deal related questionnaires, contract terms, MSAs, SOWs , spend estimate, schedule, work plan and resource/sourcing plan
  • Understand and clearly define the input required to create cost estimates; Preparing the cost model estimates working with delivery organization(s), Solution Management (if applicable) and CTS to deliver the defined scope of services
  • Define and Build a strong, winning Estimation/solution that address the pain-points by translating a strong understanding of the customer Business context
  • Lead and Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of winning technical Estimation/solutions for customers to introduce and establish new technology solutions into their business and business processes
  • Creation and maintenance of an effective knowledge management system to support all the phases of the opportunity lifecycle.
  • Mapping clients requirements and coordinating in implementing processes in line with the pre-set guidelines
  • Participate in scope discussions, solution and due-diligence workshops with clients
  • Liaise, mobilize and manage key stakeholders such as sales, marketing, finance, commercial, legal, delivery and external consultants at times during proposals to obtain necessary information and solution agreement
  • Direct and coordinate with Legal & Commercial and Corporate Transaction Services (CTS) in areas specific to the solution to ensure use of standards
  • Align final solution architecture (including statement of work, schedules and other contractual documents) with final terms and conditions
  • Drive the necessary sign-off of the solution with proper input from the internal group on client business objectives, industry, risk assessment, budget and preferences
  • Ensure compliance to the solutioning process, tools, and procedures as defined
  • Manage the sales team, subject matter experts required during the sales process and the communication/collaboration with the delivery organization(s)
  • Collaborate with the internal groups to provide input to Terms and Conditions and in some cases accountable for specific contractual terms and conditions
  • Interface with the delivery organization/s to ensure effective transition, shape services, collaborate on clear solution assumptions, determine appropriate service delivery locations and related cost to deliver
