Job Description:
Designing solutions for Infrastructure Services technical towers - End User Computing , Service Desk
Supporting on RFI/RFP responses (Building Solutions)
Participating in Solution presentations
Conducting and leading solution workshops
Conducting and leading Infrastructure Studies
Coordination and communication within and out side Infrastructure Services teams
High degree of customer interfacing
Understanding of latest market trends and technologies for the specific to tower/domain
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in working with productive tools like Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Overseas experience will be an added advantage
Experience in building managed services proposal and not limited to selling products
End User Computing:
.Device as a service and Desktop as a service
.Imaging, Application Packaging, Software Distribution
.Anti-Virus Management for End Points, End Point Security
.Software Licensing Management, Patch Management
.Remote Desktop Management, VIP Support, Field service support
.VDI technologies
.OS Migration, Desktop tools, Collaboration tools
Service Desk:
.Designing Service Desk solution for global customers supporting multiple languages
.Service Management Tools like ITSM Remedy, HEAT, HP Service Desk etc.
.ITIL v3/v4 Process
.Data and Voice Network, Telephony for Service Desk
.Service Desk integration
.Understanding of User experience parameters
