An Engg role for Crawler Portfolio Portfolio which includes Jeda, GCP Migration
We are looking for passionate engineers to work on Crawler Platform to
deliver value to business. Crawler is one of the key initiatives that we
continue to invest on to identify revenue opportunities and also protect
PayPal brand from Risk & Compliance perspective.
Data science team is major consumer of crawled website content and they
apply business intelligence. It is large scale distributed & high performance
system built with n-tier architecture.
.Candidate is expected to demonstrate strong tech acumen to work in
full stack to build additional capabilities which are complex in nature
and also port the platform to cloud.
.Strong problem solving & analytical skills
.Excellent communication skills to directly work with our clients
.Follow agile methodology and best engineering practices to iterate and
deliver roadmap items
.Writing robust code and focus on quality without adding tech debts
during development cycle
.Java/J2EE experience is must. Java Script / Node know-how is added
.High-level idea on big data tech is desirable to work in full stack
.Quick learner and do POC to fast-fail
