HR Compensation Experience
  • Experience with compensation processes of a large financial organization and experience testing teams
  • Experience with Sales Incentive Compensation programs and process and thorough understand of the incentive plan implementation methodology
  • Experience with Sales Compensation calculation structures and translates complex structures into requirements and test cases

Required Technical Skills (Must be Hands-on)
  • Strong knowledge of AWS architecture and concepts
  • Hands-on experience using ETL tools like Informatica, Alteryx etc,
  • 5 Years experience in Incentive Compensation systems like SAP Callidus Sales Incentive Cloud, Oracle ICM and Varicent.
  • Hands on cloud engineering - conversion of ETL jobs to Glue.
  • Strong Knowledge on ETL - build and transformations.
  • Be a part of the Data Integration and Reporting teams to build data pipelines from a variety of data sources including XML, CSV and Kafka Data Streams
  • Responsible to use AWS Glue and PySpark to build new data pipelines to ingest data for processing by various compensation systems
  • Responsible for designing and building visualizations to support various business requirements
  • Test Driven, Continuous Integration, Development and Dev Ops methodologies to ensure frequent technology builds supporting core buisness requirements
