Software Development Specialist - Sr. RPA Developer with Ui Path Skills
The Senior RPA Developer (Ui Path) must have at least 4-6+ years of experience. As a Senior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Ui Path technology, you will work with Leaders and internal business Customers across the Company to help identify, assess, document, manage and lead the end-to-end RPA process.
You will be responsible for developing, advising, communicating, and delivering the RPA portfolio with guidance from RPA Leadership. You will be responsible for supporting governance, compliance and Executive reporting. You will also serve as a mentor to RPA consultants and Business Customers on RPA processes and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an advisor, partner and mentor for RPA Team in the identification and delivery of quality RPA solutions that provide demonstrated value to Customers
  • Lead brainstorming and identification of RPA opportunities across multiple departments
  • Advise Customers on a variety of business process services that help identify, assess, manage and measure the organization's capabilities
  • Work on moderate to highly complex RPA projects, collaborating with Colleagues to understand business processes quickly, and recommend solutions.
  • Perform project oversight to ensure that automation work is planned, executed, and reported on in a timely manner and with high quality
  • Work closely with the RPA developers to translate business requirements into solution designs for efficient automation
  • Partner with Technology to ensure smooth translation and execution of requirements to applicable application, platform, and security Teams
  • Operate independently to complete assignments receiving little instruction on daily work
  • Demonstrate significant collaboration with Leaders/counterparts throughout the organization
  • Participate in problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required
  • Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of RPA performance dashboards and executive reporting as part of overall program communication and reporting
  • Adhere strictly to security, compliance, audit and reporting standards
  • Maintain positive relationships with all internal and external Customers to ensure that all RPA activities are adequately informed and are performed in a collaborative manner.

Qualifications:
  • Must have experience implementing solutions leveraging RPA tools such as UI Path, Macros, Power Shell etc.
  • Must have 4-6+ years of relevant work experience in automation technologies
  • Programming knowledge in Microsoft .net and SQL server with 7+ Years.
  • Must have strong written and verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferred comfortable researching and reporting on emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills preferred
  • Requires a high level of motivation, strong work ethic and self-starting attitude.

Required Experience and Skills:
  • Required 4 years of experience with one or more RPA tools (Ui Path Must) in identifying, developing and/or delivering automation solutions
  • Required 7 years of experience in leading/delivering complex projects requiring technology and business integration with Microsoft .Net & SQL background
  • Desired 3 years of experience in automating processes in Financial, Healthcare and Operational realms
