Job Summary
We are searching for a Social Media Insights Analyst. The analyst will be responsible for tracking campaign performance across the organization s social accounts as well as monitoring the social conversation and word-of-mouth around our brands.
  • Track owned campaign performance across brands and social media platforms Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports that translate content performance into actionable insights to inform and optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Monitor organic social media activity related to content, talent, and promotional efforts Report on conversation themes, buzz drivers, sentiment, and other critical insights.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives related to recurring and ad hoc requests, adding value where possible.
Basic Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant social media listening and reporting experience.
  • Experience tracking campaign performance in social media management platforms like Sprinklr or Khoros and in third party measurement tools like ListenFirst, Shareablee, or Socialbakers.
  • Experience setting up social tracking topics and pulling relevant data from social listening tools such as NetBase, Brandwatch, or Meltwater.
  • Outstanding research and analytical skills Ability to glean insights from disparate and unstructured data sources.
  • A keen interest in the ever-evolving social media landscape.
  • A passion for television and entertainment content.
  • Superior written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and keep projects moving forward.
  • An independent thinker who will work to validate questionable data points and not accept all reported metrics at face value.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
  • Bachelor s degree in Research, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience constructing effective Boolean search queries.
  • Experience with industry-specific social monitoring tools such as Talkwalker Social Content Ratings (formerly Nielsen Social) and Canvs.
  • Experience in the TV/media/entertainment industry.
  • Experience building Tableau dashboards a plus.
