Social Media Marketing

JD:
We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users.
Skills to architect and enhance company social media presence, including engaging and
interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and
expanding revenue opportunities.
 Experience in managing social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram,
and Pinterest by creating, publishing, and analyzing content.
 Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors
 Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms
 Create engaging content (banners, posts, photos, video, GIFs, etc.) for all the social
media platforms.
 Analyze user engagement on the website and social media platforms (e.g., click-
through, bounce rates)
 Create Paid Marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram…
 Create analytics reports of traffic and user engagement from all social media
platforms.
 Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase the brand awareness of
our clients.
 Ensure timely responses to customers and follow-ups on queries and comments.
 Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company.
 Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics,
insights, and best practices and then acting on the information.
 Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing
channels
 Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and
communication skills
Key Skills: Project management, writing ability, content writer, marketing,
creative mindset.
Qualifications / Experience:
• Proven working experience (1 to 4 yrs.) in social media marketing or as a digital media
specialist.
• Hands-on experience handling social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (text and photo).
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented approach, and customer-focused.
• Good multitasking and organizational ability will be beneficial.
• Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics will be an added advantage
• Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends.
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proactive and a self-starter.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on experience.
