Job Description

Proven knowledge of business process and its KPI’s, including best practices to support the relevant business processes {Sales and Services processes}.
4 years of minimum implementation experience in cloud based CRM platforms like SFDC Sales Cloud and Financial Force Professional Services Automation (PSA) is required.
Customer facing consulting, good stakeholder management skills are required.
Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others.
Prefer minimum 8+ years of IT experience, including Agile.
Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Creates formal networks involving coordination among global work groups
