As a Services Relationship Manager (SRM), you will act as the face of Citrix Services. Your role will be to develop and manage direct and indirect selling activities for all Consulting, Support and Education Services offerings.
You will partner with the Citrix sales team, prospects, and customers to increase Citrix services market share and revenue. You will be responsible for achieving or exceeding assigned revenue targets within an assigned geographical territory, typically selling to enterprise accounts.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities
  • Identify new revenue generating opportunities and programs by leveraging internal resources including Marketing, Technical Relationship Managers, Consulting, Account Managers and Enterprise Relationship Managers.
  • Use a 'medium-to-long range' planning horizon sales strategy, ensuring that day-to-day tasks are being carried out effectively, while anticipating and planning for long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with Citrix Sales to use Citrix Consulting resources and services offerings in the most appropriate fashion to support large/strategic product sales opportunities.
  • Manage and build Consulting, Support and Education sales pipeline and accurately forecast quarterly revenues using
  • Work with Citrix Sales, Citrix Presales, CSA and SI partners and others to qualify, manage and close Consulting opportunities.
  • Write Statements of Work on behalf of Citrix Consulting.
  • Develop and deliver Consulting and Education presentations at Executive Briefings, and client sites.
  • Schedule and conduct quarterly account reviews with Enterprise Relationship Managers to identify Consulting and Education opportunities.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
  • Strong expertise in sales techniques and processes including the ability to understand customer needs, overcoming objections, return on investment analysis, closing the sale through appropriate procurement vehicle.
  • Possesses high level of specialized sales and solution-selling approach. Orchestrate internal and external resources to provide high quality services proposals. Drives team unity.
  • Advanced knowledge of Consulting and Education principles, Citrix products and technologies and demonstrates the ability to appropriately apply Citrix products, consulting methodology and technologies to assist the customer in achieving its business goals.
  • Knowledge of system architecture and/or programming languages. Knowledge of complementary hardware, software and networking solutions.
  • Strong ability to motivate, train and conduct seminars to drive mind share within partner community to increase Citrix revenues within assigned territory.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to gather requirements and communicate solutions effectively with individuals in C-level positions and diverse business and technical roles.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making and problem solving skills.
  • Creative approach to solving business needs and reaching team objectives in a fast pace environment.
  • Outstanding professional demeanor/presence, acting in polished, refined and controlled manner during highly stressful situations.

Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, And Experience)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6-8 years prior in consulting services sales experience in a high-tech environment in a direct/indirect procurement environment with a demonstrated record of accomplishments of success in driving customer adoption of technology.
  • Extensive account management experience, preferably with experience managing accounts in the Enterprise segment.
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory and other locations including corporate headquarters.
