Handling team of 15+ members Customer / Technical support
Handling the project comes under services also provideservices
Supportmanagement for the smooth execution of all projects in the division.
Handling the projectunder ServiceslikeAccess controlsystem(ACS),FireAlarmSystem(FAS), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), WLD
Preparation ofschedule, technical submittals for customer approvals in coordination with the project manager
Responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction
Attendreview meeting and closeout meeting
Communicate project progress to the customer every week.
Executing spare orders on time with good planning
Assist with the development schedule of all project phases and milestones, track schedules and initiate corrective actions through the department managers and supervisors.
Responsible for commissioning Handover at the customer site
On-site Engineer handle subject matter expert to customer’s technicians, engineering and management,
Work with the collaboration of service and seals team to ensure successful work and satisfied customers Complete quality records of all work activities in the service management application
Ensure strict adherence to processes Follows Company and department policies, procedures and guidelines in performing daily work assignments by Create, update, and close & manage to report for Siebel Service Requests.
Increase service business revenue by Identifies and develop new service contract opportunities.
Performs installations, maintenance, and repairs on Company products at assigned customer sites in accordance with guidelines.
Pre-sales and post-sales technical support including installation, testing, and maintenance service to customers
Documenting maintenance activities includes but is not limited to: repair action documentation, issuing, returning, and adjusting inventory, ensuring inventory records are up to date and accurate, and other material control duties as assigned.
Remote Technical Support to Engineers of the same zone.
