We are Hiring Freshers & Experience for Service Desk Management Profile for our Leading MNC.
LOCATION : GURGAON
JOB DESIGNATION : SERVICE DESK MANAGEMENT
JOB DESCRIPTION : Managing one or more customer service or service desk functions. Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services . Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self- service , and automated.
Requirements
- Graduation is a must. (Only BCA, Btech, Bsc (IT or Computer Sc), Bcom (Computer App))
- Must have excellent Oral & Verbal communication Skill. (Without MTI || Neutral accent)
- All Technical Fresher With excellent Verbal & Oral Communication is needed.
- 1 to 3 years experience in Service Desk Voice Support.
- Must be flexible to work in night shift.
- As per current situation it is Work From Home but once the office resumes candidate must be ready to Work from Office.
3 Rounds of interview
- Screening over the call
- Versant
- Ops
- Must be able to clear all the above rounds.
Benefits
SALARY FOR FRESHER : Up to 25k CTC
SALARY FOR EXPERIENCE : Up to 30k - 39k CTC ( based on experience, interview & skill set)
