Greetings From Acute Informatics Pvt. Ltd !!!

Currently we are having urgent opening for the post of Service Desk - Voice Support to our client at Mumbai Location.

Requirement :
Experience : 0 to 1 years (Fresher are welcome)

Education : Graduation, B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, BCA, BA

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner

Note : - only Male Candidate can apply

Salary : As per company norms

JD : - Good communication skills required (Hindi & English) any other language (Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada) will be an added advantage.

Answering Service desk support queries via Phone & Email.

Basic Computer knowledge required to help our customers. Email writing & Reading skills should be good.

Willing to work in a 16*7 environment (Rotational shifts/6 Days a week) (7am – 3 pm & 3 am – 11 pm)
