Responbibilities:
2-3 years’ experience in providing Service Desk support.
Prior experience in Hospital support Experience and knowledge of supporting google suite like Gdrive, Gmeet, Gmail etc.
Knowledge of Clinical apps like Cerner, All Scripts, eClinical Works
Preferred certification – ITIL V3 foundation.
