As discussed, please find below the Job Description for the position of Technical Service Desk Executive for our Office at Mahape. We are looking for Candidates who have at least 2+ years of Experience into Technical Support (Preferably BPO Tech Support). Minimum Education Qualification HSC.

The candidates need to join in Max 15 Days.

Job Description:

Logging call received by Business Users from Email/Phone/Web

Hardware fault diagnosis & isolation on desktops / laptops. 1st level of support on under warranty.

OS Support on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 10 & other O365 System Software support.

Software Support on Office Automation, Anti-virus software, E-Mail Client

Providing REMOTE SUPPORT to the calls logged by the out location branches

Configure / troubleshoot network connectivity of desktops / laptops

Troubleshooting related to Internet, Intranet.

Laptop/Desktop Encryption Support.

Configuring the print servers & resolving printing problems of the users

Performing any Install, Move, Add or change (IMAC) at the client level

Support for 2 factor authentication, VPN connectivity support

Co-ordinate and escalation with other support group
