Candidate should have,
1.Good Communication skills
2.Take calls Over Phone which involvesworking in different time zones
3.Take calls from Global clients andinitiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
4.Flexible to work in shifts.
5.Excellent English - both verbal andwritten communication skills
6.Knowledge of customer service principlesand practices
7.Good technical knowledge
Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate
Shift: Rotational shift
Week Off: 2 days(Rotational)
Both side Cab+ Incentive+ Shift Allowance
