Preferred Skills:
•Experience level - 7 - 10 years - Minimum of 5 years of technical support experience and 2-3 years of experience in managing the technical support team (24x7) in a global environment (North American customers)
•Technical support experience should be in handling O365/GSuite support - progressed in career by working in a technical support team. Good understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, mail flow, VMs) and fair knowledge of cloud (Google Cloud/Azure)
•Highly desirable - Technical certifications - Microsoft/Google.
•Proven experience in an Enterprise support environment with operations leadership and management experience in a 24x7 production environment
•Excellent communication skills and practical experience in incident management.
•Consistently demonstrated strong organizational, communication, project management, change management, and problem-solving skills.
•Flexibility to support a 24x7 global operation via off-hours support, on-call availability, or others as needed
