The Opportunity :

Position Description
We are looking for a talented engineer to work on design, development and support of Firmware for our high performance Intelligent Ethernet Adapters (NICs) and Converged Network Adapters (CNA).
The successful candidate will join our team of fast path/ data path embedded firmware developers to work on high speed multi-protocol packet processing engine.
Specific requirements :
  • Proficiency in C programming language
  • Excellent firmware or system programming experience
  • Good understand of operating system internals – synchronization, execution context, scheduling, memory management
  • Good experience in Networking or Storage technologies
  • Excellent debugging & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work & closely interact with global teams
Good to have:
  • Experience in working with custom hardware platforms/ embedded/SoC architectures
  • Experience in any kind of Packet processing – VLAN, TCP-IP, Ethernet, Offload Engines, Filters, LSO, LRO, TSO, RSS, GRE, VxLAN, Tunneling, Routing, Switching or equivalent
  • Experience in any kind Storage networking - iSCSI, FCoE, DCBX, NVMeFC, NVMeTCP
  • Experience in any kind RDMA technologies (iWARP or RoCE)
  • Exposure to Virtualization, SRIOV, OVS, GFS, Flow Tables, Vswitch, SDN

  • Proven ability to multi-task and work in cross functional teams in fast-paced environment
  • Must have effective interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor and lead sub project teams for customer deliveries
  • Demonstrates good analysis and problem-solving skills.
