Job Description

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Marketing Enablement Specialist to join us in Bangalore as part of the Performance Marketing team. As our business grows, both in scope and talent, we need to keep track of the various moving parts as our team evolves to facilitate bringing new and improved strategies to market. This role will cover several aspects of marketing, including optimization, marketing technology, and reporting.
The successful individual will understand how to introduce new technology to marketers, present reports and analysis in a way that drives tangible action items, and have the thirst and initiative to constantly seek out ways that will improve our site through A/B testing and personalization.
Core Responsibilities
You will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a highly matrixed organization. You will have attention to detail, tenacity, and a focus on results, working patiently with cross-organizational teams. You will be able to home in on the small details of the projects you work on while keeping in mind the bigger picture and business objectives. You will be able to handle multiple stakeholders and find common ground to support everyone achieving their goals in the Digital ecosystem.
You will be a proficient user of Adobe Analytics who is comfortable relaying findings back to implementation & optimisation teams to improve end-to-end digital performance.
This role will sit within the Performance Marketing Team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing Enablement with teammates across the globe including London, New York and Bangalore.
The Position
. Partner with the Digital Strategy Manager and an external agency to build out optimization strategy
. Plan and implement personalized experiences, both by seeking out opportunities yourself or partnering with marketing stakeholders to support their campaigns
. Proactively seek out opportunities for A/B testing, personalization, and segmentation
. Partner with the Site Experience and UX teams to acquire appropriate content and layouts that align with UX best practices and the LSEG brand
. Introduce new concepts and tools to marketers that come out of the digital space, including contextualizing how the tools can help their roles and how to proceed to work with the Digital team to take advantage of the technology
. Support marketers business use cases for our marketing technology stack, including a Customer Data Platform and various reporting tools
. Present digital performance reports to various stakeholders, including but not limited to Marketing Strategy, Sales, UX, and Content
. Support the Digital Analytics team in reporting strategy, presentation, and data recommendations
. Work with internal partners to enhance overall performance of the Digital Marketing team.
About You
. BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Information Services or related field
. Foundational knowledge of digital marketing, tactics, and channels
. Experience in optimization, which includes A/B testing and personalization
. Strong analytics skills that can translate data into recommended next steps to fully support our data-driven decision-making approach
. Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including Experience Manager, Analytics, Target and Audience Manager a plus
. Strong aptitude and experience in internet-related technologies
. Excellent communication skills - strong presentation skills and written skills, including the ability to proactively reach out to those not within their direct team
. Highly developed organizational skills required to handle multiple ongoing projects, stakeholders, and business requirements
