Job Description

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can
understand both our current setup and our business objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of
improvement. The Senior Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change
management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritising and managing all aspects of
a Salesforce project. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with
the ability to translate technical information into layman's terms, clearly explaining design options
and their potential impact.
This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:
. All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles,
profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
. Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder,
Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic
layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
. Sandbox environment management help troubleshoot issues and perform sandbox
refreshes and related activities
. DevOps/release management experience
. Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a
focus on exceptional user experience
. Identify unused or underutilised platform features
. Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
. Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
. Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation
as needed
. Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health
Check, and Optimizer
. User support tickets
. Monitor and improve user adoption
. New user and ongoing user training
. Identify manual tasks and complex processes that could be key opportunities for
automation, then take lead on making those automations a reality
. Lead consistent engagements with SME's to keep a pulse on problem trends, providing
elevated assistance to build solutions or escalate to appropriate channels
. Provide mentorship to junior team members
. Execute TaskUs Salesforce Administration Strategy by creating sensible security measures
on profiles, roles, and other sharing settings. You will implement initiatives surrounding
optimising user-engagement, releases, configuration changes, workflow changes, and
troubleshooting, user administration, and provide support for data integrity and
. Customize the salesforce environment for complex sales tracking and also improve as well
as execute data integrity
. Manage and deploy Salesforce integrated applications
. Produce documentation on Salesforce Administration as well as provide support and
training for the business.You will also communicate to major stakeholders on process
changes, so users are aware of updates, key initiatives, and outages
Qualifications and Background
. Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5+ years of Salesforce Administration
hands-on experience with Sales Cloud or similar Salesforce product
. Certified Salesforce Administrator
. Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder
. Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification

. A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
. Demonstrated success with continuous improvement,drive for efficiency, and process
optimization to deliver solutions at scale
. Excellent relationship-building skills
. Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
. Translating requirements into technical solutions
. Experience in change management and governance
. Training end users and key stakeholders
. Technical documentation
. Available and responsive to questions
. Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes
. DevOps/release management experience
. Experience in installing and maintaining AppExchange packages that integrate Salesforce
with other systems (e.g., Oracle, Data Integration Platforms, etc.)
. Experience in developing VisualForce pages, custom objects and Lightning Apps
. Experience in using Salesforce Data Loader and other data maintenance tools
. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
. Excellent verbal and written English skills, someone who has a certification and
maintenance in Salesforce Administration (ADM 201) and has experience in planning and
logistics, preferably in a cross-functioning environment.
. Understanding of basic triggers
. Demonstrates continued personal/professional development
. Active in the Salesforce community
