Job Description

This role requires an experienced sales professional who thrives on the challenges of identifying and establishing new relationships using consultative and solution-oriented sales approaches. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling GIS/LiDAR services. This position is perfect for the experienced sales professional who has the ability to identify and develop strategic relationships, sell GIS based services and generate dynamic sales growth.
• Responsible for identifying, prospecting and securing business opportunities to support new revenue growth through outgoing sales calls, warm-calling, networking and leveraging existing relationships.
• Display exceptional strategic selling skills
• Identify client business and performance issues through research and effective consulting/questioning skills.
• Establishing rapport with key decision makers including senior marketing and technical leaders.
• Create and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction by consistently providing remarkably memorable service to prospects and clients.
A successful track record in GIS / LiDAR consulting services selling is essential. You will engage clients with your credibility, as well as your ability to listen and harness the intellectual capital within Impulsions Laser to generate the right tailored solutions encompassing, leveraging the breadth of our services. You will need to balance a single-minded, commercial drive for new business with nurturing relationships for the long term.

Desired Candidate Profile
  • A degree in Business Management or Engineering. Masters degree preferred in Business or Marketing Management.
  • Should have a minimum of 10-12 years in the GIS /LiDAR consulting services and/or related industry selling.
  • Ability to build international customer rapport through consultative selling and creative relationship building at all corporate levels, including effective communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate the value proposition, organizational strengths and capabilities of the services offered. 
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with the experience needed to credibly represent.
  • Proven track record of managing international accounts and generating business for current employer.
  • Leadership skills to manage the sales team and keep them motivated.
