Job Description

• Experience in Account Management and Account Mining.
• Working with our existing large Banking clients for their IT contract staffing and IT Project requirements.
• Identifying potential clients and build relations in order to generate business requirement
• Generating requirements from new clients and existing clients
• Taking ownership of the entire client relation for the locations assigned.
• Working as a SPOC between Clients & the Organization.
• Responsible for getting new leads requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
• Getting requirements from the client and close the business in the stipulated TAT
• Creating and maintaining database of potential Clients.
• Should have knowledge on end to end IT contract staffing process sourcing
• Screening of short listed candidates and interviewing candidate before proposing to clients.
• Monitoring conversion ratios to maintain and adhere to agreed SLA.
• Leading the team of Recruiters and ensure the deliverables are met in the stipulated time.
• Hire, train, coach, mentor and manage results from team
Responsible for the Profitability of the Business Unit assigned
Required Skill Set:
• Minimum total experience of 7+ years in Sales
• Minimum 3+ years experience in IT Contracting Services
• Should have handled large Banking clients for IT contracting services and Projects
• Good Written and Spoken Communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills – with the Team and Clients
• Ability to lead a team of BDMs and Recruiters
• Self Motivated
We are acceptable for the person to work from home 3 days a week.
