We have an opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to join our HCE team in India. Your focus area will be in the Forge Connected Buildings with responsibility for integrations that enable customers to pull building's service data into third party applications and services such as WOM, CMMS etc and to push asset data and metrics into Forge from buildings analytics systems, You will work with other product managers in a matrixed organization, and a team of high-calibre engineers and architects to build or integrate, maintain, and constantly evolve the solution. You will be responsible for charting the course to a situation where we can 'integrate at scale', with infrastructure and processes to support customers and partners conducting no/low code integrations. You will also be the focal point for how we manage our ‘Building Object Model' - the Digital Twin at the heart of the Forge for Buildings solution.
Senior Product Manager Responsibilities

.Regularly analyze customer / market / technical requirements, where in core cloud services, we have to solve for our internal and external customers but also our customers customers
.Own and drive the process for gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders
.Create near term and long-term Product Roadmap for Connect Buildings integrations within Forge, as well as coordinate interdependent components owned by other PMs
.Evaluate and recommend build-buy decisions within the organization and work with procurement to conduct licensing negotiations with third party vendors
.Conduct strategic sessions, drive POC efforts, etc., and build long-term relationships with customers and partners
.Partner closely with the middle-tier Platform team, Engineering Architects, vertical Application teams and design teams to evolve our front-end platform, core platform features, and reusable components.
.Collaborate with feature and component teams during both design and development phases to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
.Drive participation in and influence of key standards bodies related to platform development in line with platform leadership
You Must Have

.10+ years of overall experience with in-depth exposure to software systems ideally developed for real-time IoT applications
.Experience with integration tools and approaches
.5 or more years of hands-on experience in product management
.In-depth understanding of cloud software, digital twins, IoT applications, automation applications.
.Knowledge and experience of working with real time sensing or controlling equipment ideally related to buildings
  • Strong English language communication skills
  • Experience with agile methodologies would be advantageous

.Masters or Undergraduate degree, preferably in a technical discipline
.Experience with Agile software development methodologies
We Value
.Strong experience in a related role in another enterprise software company or enterprise systems integration company
  • Domain knowledge in Building Control, Real Estate, Facilities Management or Space Management including related software platforms covering IWMS, CMMS, CAFM and EAM

.Experience in WOM, CRM and ERP tools such as SFDC and MS Dynamics 365
.Working knowledge of emerging standards in building modeling (BIM)
  • Knowledge of the standards and protocols used in automation systems such as BACNet, Modbus, Haystack and BRICK
  • Working knowledge of IaaS, SaaS, PaaS and cloud computing
  • Ability to make timely decisions balancing systematic analysis
  • Decisive and logical at thoroughly evaluating issues
  • Result-driven project-management skills for planning and execution
