As aSeniorOperationsManager, you will oversee anddirect the activities of a number of campaigns along with allOperationsManagers, Team Leaders and Staff assigned to his campaigns. You will also be responsible for a wide spectrum of responsibilities and must be able to multitask with ease and proficiency. Along with this, you are also responsible for the regular and often daily interactions with all the company departments/ campaign team leaders and the whole management team. Maintain an open line of communication between staff andseniormanagement. You will manage and staff theoperationsassigned. You will also be responsible for all aspects ofoperationswhich include but not limited to monitoringoperationsstaffing, provide temporary coverage and training provision of excellent clientele service, problem resolution and the like. What else Well, you will also develop individual & team goals and implement a plan to carry out objectives. You will guideOperationsManagers in a meeting of all team & individual goals. Along with this, you must ensure compliance with all established policies and procedures. You also need to also Assist theOperationsDirector in craftingoperationsprocedures.

Requirements:
So, what is it we're looking for Well, since this is aSeniorOperationsManagerpost, we need someone who already has the skills to even call themselves aSeniorOperationsManager! In other words, someone who hasat least 3 years of related working experience,preferably someone who has experience in being aSeniorManager/Director specializing in BPOOperationsand Management or equivalent.
We need someone who hashandled at least 600 FTEs.Someone with strongcomputer skills, especially in using MS Office applications and Google applications. We need someone who's responsible and has agood track recordof meeting and delivering targets. Someone who canarticulate him/herself well enoughwith others, like teammates and clients. So definitely someone withexcellentverbal and written communication and customer service skills.
We need someone who canmultitaskand workin afast-paced high-stress environment.Someone who can lead and is great inanalyzing situations and data.Someone who has the ability to buildproductive business relationshipswith clients. Someone who has strong organizational, analytical and managerial skills. Lastly, we need someone whopossesses a professional, courteous, and resilient attitude.
