Inviting applications for the role of SM-Release Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for the below
  • Assist Products Teams in planning the release cycles using an Agile approach
  • End to End Release Planning & defining processes at each stage of the product lifecycle
  • Works and guides Scrum Masters from the product teams on following Agile practices
  • Conducted Agile ceremonies
  • Identifies and Manages risks that affect the release scope, schedule and quality
  • Measure and monitor progress to ensure releases are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations
  • Coordinate release content and effort based on the product backlog and technical debt
  • Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, quality plans, schedule, and scope changes
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and closely works with functional different teams at different locations
  • Conduct Release Readiness reviews
  • Weekly Release Reporting
  • Keeps the release schedule up-to-date for all products and ensure alignment across key stakeholders
  • Communicate release details and schedules to leadership as needed
  • Continually work towards making improvements in the release process
  • Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks

Minimum qualifications
  • BS/BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent
  • Proven release and/or project management experience in different Product Development sphere
  • Proven understanding of all phases of product & development life cycles and experience in various methodologies such as Agile/Scrum/Kanban
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must

Preferred Qualification
  • PMP, CSM Certifications are a 'Good to Have'
